The space
Step outside each morning into the heart of Bishop Arts and feel the neighborhood come alive. Sip a latte from an indie café, wander past colorful murals, and browse local galleries before returning to your retreat for a quiet moment by the electric fireplace. As evening sets in, the streets fill with music and conversation, and award-winning restaurants are just a short walk away.
Sleeping arrangements
This spacious rental sleeps up to 8 guests across two bedrooms and a queen air mattress. The primary bedroom features a king bed with blackout shades, crisp linens, a full-length mirror, and its own Roku HDTV. The second bedroom includes two full beds that sleep four comfortably and also has a Roku HDTV. A queen air mattress is available for two additional guests. Two full bathrooms with glass walk-in showers, Kohler fittings, and plush towels offer plenty of space to refresh.
Living spaces
The open layout creates a welcoming flow between rooms. The living area is filled with natural light, anchored by a 65-inch Roku HDTV and a 54-inch electric fireplace for cozy movie nights or quiet afternoons. Board games are available for easy group entertainment. Central heating, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan keep the space comfortable in any season.
Kitchen & dining
Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen with an induction stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and cooking basics. Small appliances include a Keurig coffee maker with coffee provided, toaster, blender, rice maker, and hot water kettle. The quartz waterfall island dining table seats six, making it an ideal spot to gather for breakfast before exploring or to share a glass of wine in the evening.
Everyday conveniences
High-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace make remote work simple. In-unit washer and free dryer support longer stays. Guests have secure gated parking for two cars, with free street parking and a Level 2 EV charger available. Smart lock self check-in adds convenience, and exterior security cameras help provide peace of mind.

Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. You can feel comfortable knowing that our cleaners follow the complete procedure to ensure that our units are entirely disinfected and sanitized, adhere to coronavirus prevention procedures, wipe all doors and keypads, and keep our environment clean.

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 9PM to 7 AM. Unauthorized gatherings will be terminated immediately with no refund. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.
★ ADDITIONAL DETAILS TO NOTE ★
✔ The unit is located on the first floor, but guests may need to use a couple of steps to access it, as there is no elevator in the building.
✔ All guests must be listed on the reservation. Per our community guidelines, only two visitors are allowed. Overnight hours start at 11 PM.
✔ It is essential to review our house rules before booking.
✔ Please park trucks and vans on the street; the driveway is for cars and small SUVs only.
✔ Games and activities depicted in the listing may vary and are subject to change based on market availability and demand.
✔ It’s Texas! Please keep all the doors shut so little critters won’t make their way into the property, and keep the heat out.
For same-day, last-minute reservations, please note that the unit may not have been prioritized for immediate preparation, and check-in may be delayed. We kindly ask that you coordinate with the host to confirm your check-in time. We will do our best to accommodate you as promptly as possible.
