Our guests’ health, safety, and well-being are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. You can feel comfortable knowing that our cleaners follow the complete procedure to ensure that our units are entirely disinfected and sanitized, adhere to coronavirus prevention procedures, wipe all doors and keypads, and keep our environment clean.

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable for accommodating them.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 7 AM. Unauthorized gatherings will be terminated immediately with no refund. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

1) *Optional secure gated parking for one private vehicle (max 9’ width incl. mirrors) available at $9/day ($40 Value).

★ ADDITIONAL DETAILS TO NOTE ★
✔ The unit is located on the second floor, and guests will need to use the stairs to access it, as there is no elevator in the building.
✔ All guests must be listed on the reservation. Per our community guidelines, only two visitors are allowed. Overnight hours start at 11 PM.
✔ It is essential to review our house rules before booking.
✔ Please park trucks and vans on the street; the driveway is for cars and small SUVs only.
✔ Games and activities depicted in the listing may vary and are subject to change based on market availability and demand.
✔ It’s Texas! Please keep all the doors shut so little critters won’t make their way into the property, and keep the heat out.
For same-day, last-minute reservations, please note that the unit may not have been prioritized for immediate preparation, and check-in may be delayed. We kindly ask that you coordinate with the host to confirm your check-in time. We will do our best to accommodate you as promptly as possible.
